Echelon Services LLC is seeking to hire a UI/UX Designer to help support our customer’s mission-critical needs, focusing on user interface design. Echelon supports the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) with Tier III Technical Support and provides a broad range of support for analytics and data visualization, enterprise architecture, strategic vision, and consulting for Enterprise Applications and ServiceNow for the organization.
Essential Functions
- Design user interfaces that provide seamless, engaging, and accessible experiences for applications built on various platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align visual designs with technical requirements and user needs.
- Ensure responsive and interactive design elements using CSS and HTML.
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across applications, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on user interface development within IIS and .NET environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic experience with ServiceNow, CSS, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex information into visually appealing and easily understandable designs.
Salary at Echelon Services is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $135,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Echelon’s total compensation package for employees.
