About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Experience Designer with pharma client experience who brings multifaceted curiosity and craft to deliver best-in-class applications in a fast-paced, agile, growth-oriented environment. You create beautiful, original design systems and translate human experiences into clear, visual narratives clients can see and feel. You’re excited to work across diverse clients and help shape a point of view on the next big digital shifts in UI/UX, AI, VR/AR/MR, and connected experiences—across desktop, mobile, social, physical, gestural, voice, and more.
You’ll join a team with deep expertise in human-centered design, digital product and service design, CX ecosystem strategy, journey mapping, innovation consulting, prototyping, and design thinking for connected/smart marketing and technology.
What You’ll Do:
Craft
- Participate in iterative prototyping with varying fidelities (sketches, storyboards, wireframes, clickable prototypes).
- Translate customer insights into elegant, usable interfaces and systems.
Collaborate
- Join strategic/creative planning, brainstorming, and concepting sessions with Strategists and Creatives.
- Expand big ideas into useful experiences—and vice versa—guiding teams to create outstanding work across the client portfolio.
Innovate
- Bring intellectual curiosity and a learning mindset.
- Champion strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver on roadmap items.
Who You Are:
A Builder
- An innovator who brings people together, creating momentum and “gravity” around ideas.
Creatively Driven
- You inspire through execution and strong partnership with creative teammates.
An Experimenter
- You embrace the unknown, break process when it helps, and see technology as a tool for creativity.
- You learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and trends.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in a progressive agency (or similar) environment embracing digital thinking and CX/XD principles.
- Experience working within a pharma or pharma-client setting.
- Figma expertise required.
- Hands-on proficiency in one or more: Omnigraffle, Axure, Illustrator, Visio, Photoshop, InDesign. (HTML a plus.)
- Strong grasp of design thinking and service design; experience facilitating workshops.
- Deep understanding of digital trends and emerging tech driving innovative solutions.
- Excellent communicator who can translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant user interfaces.
- Ability to develop straightforward design approaches to complex problems.
