Position Title: Marketing/Communications - Field Marketing

Location Information: Remote, Travel 30%

Position Responsibilities:

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Works with campaign managers, sales teams, and operations teams to optimize key areas of Demand Generation.

Essential Skills, Experience:

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. Customer First Mindset. 3-7 years of experience in IT/ITES handling Field, Product, and/or Digital Brand Marketing. Capable of rapid learning, ability to stretch and take on complex assignments of larger scope, passion, energy, and ambition. Confidence in influencing key stakeholders to achieve goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Comprehensive understanding of Modern Marketing technologies and methodologies including project management for events, marketing campaign creation, content creation and strategy, Marketing Automation (preferably Eloqua), CRM systems (preferably Oracle CRM), lead flow automation architecture, microsite & landing page design concepts, audience segmentation analysis. Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills, ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
