Location: Miami - HQ

Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 / year

Description

We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to help drive brand storytelling, campaign execution, customer understanding, and key relationship management as we continue to grow. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Marketing, this role will own the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, partnership programs, brand activations, and influencer initiatives. They will also champion customer insights and persona development, ensuring the voice of the customer is deeply integrated into brand strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly organized marketer who blends creative intuition with operational excellence — and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute seasonal, evergreen, and product-driven brand campaigns that drive awareness, affinity, and engagement
  • Build and manage project timelines, cross-functional briefs, and creative reviews to ensure seamless execution
  • Partner closely with Creative, Digital, Retail, and PR teams to bring campaigns to life across all channels
  • Own post-campaign reporting, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations for future optimizations

Brand Activations & Events:

  • Lead concepting, planning, and execution of brand activations, influencer trips, and experiential events
  • Manage event production logistics, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure all activations reflect brand identity and customer values

Partnerships & Influencer Management:

  • Oversee influencer strategy, gifting programs, and brand collaborations to extend brand reach
  • Identify and nurture relationships with aligned brand partners, creators, and cultural tastemakers
  • Track partnership performance and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives

Customer Insights & Personas:

  • Champion the integration of customer insights into all brand marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and rollout of dynamic customer personas based on qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail, Digital, Wholesale) to gather, share, and activate customer learnings
  • Present key customer insights quarterly to brand, leadership, and cross-functional teams

Brand Communications:

  • Support development of brand messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, and communication guidelines
  • Draft and refine marketing briefs, partner decks, and executive summaries
  • Help maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice across all customer touchpoints

Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor the Brand Marketing Coordinator and Brand Marketing Interns supporting day-to-day execution and career development
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and a strong standard of brand excellence

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Lead reporting across weekly, monthly, quarterly, campaign-based, and annual brand marketing performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates to leadership with actionable insights and key takeaways
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Retail teams to integrate brand KPIs with business results

What You'll Need

  • 5–8 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or beauty sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven success leading and managing brand campaigns, events/activations, and influencer partnerships
  • Strong communication skills and experience developing messaging frameworks
  • Expertise in customer insights development and persona-based marketing
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance reporting
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Deep understanding of premium/luxury brand aesthetics
  • Experience in Asana and Figma preferred
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
