Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking an Application Engineer - Data Center, Strategic Accounts. This is a home-based/remote position and candidates for this role must reside within the United States to be considered for this position.
Position Overview:
The Application Engineer is a consultative, technical sales professional responsible for supporting electrical consultants (power system designers) and in-house engineering staff at Multi-Tenant Data Centers that serve the commercial, institutional, government, and hyperscale markets. An application engineer must possess both strong technical and commercial skills and be experienced in electrical power distribution, power quality, and control.
This position is responsible for working with electrical consultants and specifying engineers to assist in the layout and specification of medium voltage and low voltage power distribution systems. This position will also be responsible for providing technical product and application leadership for external clients, as well as technical mentoring for Eaton sales engineers and account managers.

Position Criteria:
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $142,500 - $209,000.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
