Role Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print applications.
- Conceptualize innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.

- Produce high-quality illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into projects.
- Ensure consistency of designs with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide design support for web and mobile applications.
- Review and edit designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts.
- Prepare design files for print production and digital distribution.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior role.
- Extensive knowledge of design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to non-designers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of branding strategies and marketing principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
