Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, Outbound Email Marketing and Performance marketing.
- Strong experience in leading sales, lead generation, customer onboarding and account management.
- Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and new customer acquisition channels.
- Managing, innovating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyzing data and leveraging analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Experience leading Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in within US industry, especially healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and strategies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and metrics is preferred.
- Experience with Healthcare applications is mandatory
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a SaaS, healthcare technology related industry, is required.
- The candidate should have a demonstrable history of successfully designing and executing growth strategies that have led to measurable business outcomes.
- Hands on proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartleads, Clay, Apollo, and all other major tools for email marketing and growth hacking
