Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Indore. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, website graphics, presentations, and product-related visuals. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business requirements into clear, consistent visual concepts aligned with the brand identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layouts, icons, illustrations, and logo variations, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for production or deployment. The designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain design libraries and templates, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand designs.

Key Responsibility:

• Design LinkedIn creatives, social media posts, and carousel content
• Create website visuals, landing page assets, banners, and marketing graphics
• Design brochures, presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and other brand collaterals
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all communication channels
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and business teams for campaign execution
• Create conversion-focused and engagement-driven visual content
• Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail and consistency
• Stay updated with design trends, AI-assisted creative workflows, and modern visual styles

Tools

• Figma
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• CorelDRAW (preferred for print-related work)
• Basic understanding of AI-assisted creative tools/workflows
• Motion graphics or video editing skills
• Basic UI/UX understanding
• Experience working with SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B brands
