About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Ecommerce & DTC Marketing Director to lead and execute Earth Harbor’s growth strategy across direct-to-consumer channels. This is a high-impact, senior-level remote role ideal for a marketing leader who’s scaled DTC brands on Shopify and is ready to own performance, retention, and digital expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead DTC growth strategy across paid media, email/SMS, CRO, and website optimization.

Manage performance campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok — focused on ROAS and CAC.

Own Klaviyo strategy for segmentation, flows, and retention campaigns.

Optimize Shopify storefront for conversion rate, UX, and product merchandising.

Analyze and report on CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, MER, and growth KPIs.

Collaborate with design, ops, and Amazon teams to align brand execution.

Oversee vendors and freelancers across media buying, creative, and development.

Explore and test new growth opportunities (affiliate, influencer, direct mail).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce marketing (Shopify required).

Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and CRO.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute.

Proficient in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or similar tools.

Bonus: Amazon marketing, creative direction, or retail channel experience.
