I’m partnering with a fast-growing, product-focused technology company that is building modern, AI-enabled software platforms. They are looking to bring on strong software engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, moving quickly, and owning their work from concept through production.

About the Team

This is a highly collaborative engineering environment structured around small, empowered product squads. The team is leveraging AI across the development lifecycle, not just as a coding assistant, but as a way to rethink how software is designed, built, tested, and delivered.

Engineers here are given real ownership and are expected to operate with both speed and strong technical judgement. It is a great fit for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building impactful, user-facing products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and shipping customer-facing applications, workflows, and AI-enabled product features
• Working closely with product and design in a cross-functional team setup
• Using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and iteration cycles
• Designing and developing scalable APIs, backend services, and modern web applications
• Contributing to platform capabilities like integrations, automation, and intelligent insights
• Shipping quickly, learning from real user feedback, and continuously improving
• Owning the performance, reliability, and quality of your systems
• Playing a role in technical decisions and improving engineering practices

What They’re Looking For

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and solid technical judgement
• Experience building and scaling applications, services, or APIs
• Strength in at least one part of the stack, with flexibility to work across others
• An ownership mindset, someone who focuses on outcomes, not just tasks
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to turn ideas into working solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance speed with quality and reliability
• Interest in applying AI to real-world product and engineering challenges
• Excitement about building modern, intelligent software products
