We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires someone who is a strong communicator, a quick learner, and comfortable wearing many hats.
You will be the bridge between the CTO (based in Los Angeles) and our technical teams in Armenia, and act as a critical partner in managing day-to-day operations, research, project support, client coordination, and calendar management.
This is not a traditional administrative role—you’ll be involved in a wide range of strategic and operational activities and play a direct role in helping the company grow.
Key Responsibilities
Team Coordination & Communication
- Communications between the CTO and development teams in Armenia.
- Track, organize, and follow up on tasks, deliverables, and sprint items.
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CTO.
Calendar & Operational Support
- Manage and prioritize the CTO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prep agendas.
- ○ Organize meetings with vendors, contractors, partners, and customers as needed.
Research & Project Support
- Conduct competitor research and support product/feature testing.
- Assist in sourcing external contractors and evaluating technical tools or vendors.
- Collect and organize bug reports, feature requests, and assist in sprint planning.
Client & Partner Support
- Communicate with clients, manage requests, and document key discussions and action items.
- Support the e-commerce team with order fulfillment and operational logistics.
Miscellaneous Duties
- Proactively identify areas where the CTO may need support.
- Handle various administrative and strategic tasks as business needs evolve.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by the CTO.
Required Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent in English and Armenian (written and verbal)
- Communication: Clear, concise, and professional writing and speaking skills
- Time Management: Highly punctual, deadline-driven, with excellent prioritization skills
- Organization Tools: Proficient in Google Calendar, Google Drive, Excel, Jira, email, and word processors
- Tech Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and understanding software lifecycles and technical workflows
- Work Ethic: Self-driven, reliable, and responsive—able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Preferred: Experience in tech companies or project management/support roles
