We are a web consulting agency looking for a highly analytical and technical Web Marketing Analyst to support our clients and internal projects. This role is ideal for someone who’s not only fluent with data and analytics, but also eager to dive deep into SEO strategies, run experiments, analyze tests, and uncover opportunities for scalable growth.
This is a part-time contract opportunity with room to grow alongside a team of industry experts in a rapidly scaling consulting firm.
💼 Responsibilities:
✅ Configure and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4
✅ Manage web hooks and data ingestion to improve client dashboards
✅ Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to inform CRO strategies
✅ Conduct technical SEO audits and website performance analysis
✅ Run A/B tests and landing page experiments to drive conversions
✅ Deliver monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
✅ Collaborate with developers, designers, and paid media teams to implement optimizations
✅ Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO best practices
📌 Requirements:
🔹 3–5 years of experience in analytics working on digital marketing datasets
🔹 Deep expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
🔹 Strong skills in technical SEO, site audits, and performance tracking
🔹 Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Kameeleon, etc.)
🔹 Data-driven and comfortable making decisions backed by analytics
🔹 Ability to work independently and communicate technical findings clearly

📅 Availability: 20 hours per week to start, with opportunity to grow into full time.
Pay range: $25-$75 an hour dependent on experience.
