We are looking for a Client Account Operations Specialist to support our Fractional Client Account Managers based in Canada. This backend, execution-focused role ensures smooth operations, clear communication, and an excellent client experience for agency clients.
About the Role
You will manage client accounts, coordinate tasks, track delivery, and support meetings. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about client service.
Responsibilities
- Support Fractional Client Account Managers across multiple client accounts
- Join client calls and internal meetings
- Take meeting notes and convert them into actionable tasks
- Create, assign, and track tasks in project management tools
- Post updates and follow up with internal teams
- Coordinate with teams across web development, SEO, PPC, paid media, branding, social media, and copywriting
- Track timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Proactively flag risks, gaps, or delays
- Create, manage, and maintain SOPs
- Handle miscellaneous tasks to reduce admin workload on CAMs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a digital or marketing agency
- Experience managing client accounts across multiple services
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong task management and documentation skills
- Client-first mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar tools
- Comfortable with Slack, email, and video conferencing
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
