Position: Full-Stack Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Job Purpose and Role:

We are looking for a full-stack marketer who owns the organic growth engine end to end. You understand how brand, content, SEO (including programmatic SEO), and marketing automation fit together inside a funnel, and you can turn that understanding into predictable inbound leads. This role is hands-on. You will plan, create, execute, and measure.

You should be comfortable moving from positioning and messaging, to writing a long-form article, to building a funnel in HubSpot or GoHighLevel, and then reading the data to decide what to do next. You will also partner directly with the founders to turn their ideas and experience into consistent LinkedIn thought leadership that feeds the top of the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Positioning

  • Clarify and maintain the brand narrative, voice, and visual direction across all channels.
  • Turn that narrative into concrete messaging frameworks for website, social, and sales assets.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns reinforce a coherent, differentiated market position.

Content Marketing & Organic Lead Generation

  • Own the content calendar across blog, social, email, and lead magnets with a clear purpose for each asset in the funnel.
  • Write and edit high-quality content: articles, landing pages, email sequences, case studies, and social posts.
  • Collaborate with designers or freelancers where needed to ship assets consistently.
  • Turn content into leads with clear CTAs, opt-ins, nurturing flows, and conversion paths.

Founder LinkedIn & Thought Leadership

  • Work directly with the founders to extract their ideas, stories, and opinions and turn them into a consistent LinkedIn presence.
  • Research and propose content angles that position the founders as credible, sharp voices in the category.
  • Draft LinkedIn posts, carousels, and native documents that drive saves, comments, and profile visits.
  • Tie founder content to key campaigns and offers so it feeds the funnel, not just “personal branding” in isolation.

SEO, Programmatic SEO & Demand Capture

  • Perform ongoing keyword research around buyer problems, intent, and category terms.
  • Plan and execute SEO content clusters, on-page optimization, internal linking, and structured data where relevant.
  • Design and run programmatic SEO initiatives: identify scalable patterns (e.g. location × service, industry × use case), define page templates, and work with dev/no-code tools (e.g. Webflow, Airtable, Google Sheets, CMS) to generate and maintain high-quality, indexed landing pages at scale.
  • Coordinate with product/engineering or web dev to address basic technical SEO issues (site structure, crawlability, page speed).
  • Monitor performance and continuously tune pages and templates toward rankings, CTR, and conversions.

Lead Magnets & Funnel Design

  • Concept, build, and ship lead magnets such as checklists, templates, calculators, email courses, and mini-guides.
  • Map and refine the marketing funnel from attention to action: traffic → lead → MQL → SQL → customer.
  • Design and test landing pages, opt-in flows, and nurture sequences that move prospects to the next stage.
  • Align with sales or founders on what qualifies as a good lead and adjust campaigns and scoring accordingly.

Marketing Automation (HubSpot / GoHighLevel)

  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflows in HubSpot or GoHighLevel for segmentation, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle stages.
  • Set up forms, pipelines, triggers, and automations that connect marketing campaigns to CRM data.
  • Create dashboards and basic reporting that show where leads come from, where they stall, and what is working.
  • Maintain list and pipeline hygiene so the team can trust the data.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define clear KPIs for content and organic growth: traffic, rankings, leads, MQLs, SQLs, key conversion rates, and ROI on content.
  • Review performance on a regular cadence, share insights with the team, and propose concrete experiments.
  • Run iterative tests on subject lines, offers, landing pages, CTAs, and page templates (including programmatic sets).
  • Cut what does not work and double down on what moves meaningful metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing in a role spanning content, SEO, and funnel ownership.
  • Proven track record of driving leads from organic channels through content and SEO.
  • Strong writing skills in English, with examples of long-form content, landing pages, email campaigns, and social posts.
  • Demonstrated experience creating or ghostwriting LinkedIn content for founders, executives, or subject-matter experts.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO: designing data-driven page templates, collaborating with dev/no-code tools, and managing large sets of landing pages without sacrificing quality.
  • Clear understanding of marketing funnels and lifecycle stages, and how to design campaigns for each stage.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel (ideally both) for workflows, list management, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools, AI SEOand practices (Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, on-page optimization, basic technical SEO).
  • Comfortable making decisions from data and living inside analytics dashboards and CRMs.
  • Ability to operate independently: clarify goals, propose a plan, execute, and report without constant supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working closely with sales teams or SDRs to align inbound and outbound motions.
  • Experience in Recruitment agency
  • Basic design skills (Figma/Canva) to create simple graphics and content visuals.
  • Experience with webinars, multi-step funnels, or higher-ticket lead-gen campaigns.
