Looking for Senior UX Designer with 10+ years of digital design experience with a focus on working on enterprise software for desktop experiences. This person is skilled at working with product owners and subject matter experts and translating business and user requirements into UX solutions. This person is a true hybrid UX Product Designer with strength in both thoughtful UX thinking and acuity in UI and visual design execution.

Job Description:

• Ability to create personas and journey maps from user research, be able to facilitate white board sessions with team members and business stakeholders and think through business and functional requirements with user flows and wireframes.
• Both the ability to define or interpret UX Strategy is important and attention to detail in UX and design execution is important, paying close attention to information hierarchy, layout, iconography, and font choices for polished designs.
• Ability to translate UX thinking, wireframes through the design process into concept design, detail design, and into development-ready artifacts annotated for development teams.
• Experience with design systems and help implement continuity and contribute to consistency while working with products that exist within a complex ecosystem of products that the design system governs.
• Must have critical thinking skills to be able to interpret complex or nuanced requests, manage their work within product timelines, and communicate proactively with the teammates around them.
• Tools: Must be well versed in documenting in Miro for workshops and UX thinking, in Figma for artifacts for delivery to development teams, in Excel, Office, & PowerPoint for product team member collaboration, and Outlook for email and calendar management.
