🎯 Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the design and execution of all branding and marketing creatives across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Digital Media, CRM, and Sales teams to develop visually compelling campaigns that enhance E-Infra's premium brand identity.

🎨 Key Responsibilities

• Design premium creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and advertisements

• Create brochures, project profiles, flyers, standees, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and branding materials

• Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for project launches and marketing initiatives

• Design project presentations, sales kits, investor presentations, and promotional materials

• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and visual identity

• Collaborate with content writers, photographers, videographers, and digital marketing teams

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered design tools, and creative technologies

• Deliver high-quality creatives within project timelines

✅ Core Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer

• Real Estate Industry experience is Mandatory

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects will be an added advantage

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and color theory

• Experience designing both digital and print marketing materials

• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience designing luxury real estate branding and marketing campaigns

• Ability to create premium brochures, project presentations, and high-conversion social media creatives

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital advertising creatives

• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate branding and marketing work
