We see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, inspires, and creates solutions. We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design softwares and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The Marketing Graphic Designer will work closely with the Senior Marketing Graphic Designer and report directly to the Director of Brand and Creative Services. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to brainstorm, strategize, and execute creative solutions across a wide range of materials, including digital campaigns, web pages, presentations, event signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Translate strategic direction and business objectives into high-quality visual designs that align with established brand standards and effectively communicate key messages.
• Conceptualize and develop original design solutions using appropriate typography, color, imagery, layout, and visual storytelling techniques to create engaging and impactful content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through final production, balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables align with organizational goals and timelines.
• Incorporate feedback from the Senior Marketing Graphic Designer, the Director of Brand and Creative Services and cross-functional stakeholders, refining designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency and strong visual communication.
• Maintain and organize internal design assets, including photography, graphics, templates, and brand resources, ensuring teams have access to up-to-date and consistent materials.
• Continuously evaluate design workflows and tools, identifying opportunities to improve creative processes, efficiency, and overall design quality.
• Create motion graphics and basic animations for digital marketing, social media, presentations, and event displays, bringing visual concepts to life through movement and storytelling.
• Apply an understanding of current design trends, marketing strategies, and audience needs to create visuals that resonate across digital and print channels.

What You Will Need

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Experience creating motion graphics or animation using tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar software.
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, communicates progress effectively and consistently delivers high-quality work on deadline and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative agency or in-house corporate marketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline preferred
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
• Knowledge of Figma and Design Systems

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
