Senior Data Scientist (Healthcare / AI/ML)

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact team supporting advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives in a healthcare environment. This role combines hands-on modeling, data analysis, and AI product development.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain forecasting models to support business and product decisions
• Analyze complex healthcare datasets (patient-level, clinical, commercial)
• Partner with data engineering and product teams to understand data pipelines and improve data quality
• Contribute to AI/ML product development initiatives
• Support ongoing innovation efforts, including internal product development programs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Proven experience in forecasting / time-series modeling
• Hands-on experience working with healthcare data (claims, clinical, or commercial)
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and data lineage
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams

• Python (primary)
• Snowflake (data platform)
• Google AI tools
• Looker (BI/visualization)

Nice to Have

• Experience building or contributing to AI/ML products
• Background in pharma or biotech environments
• Experience working with Snowflake
