Your role at Dynatrace
Dynatrace is seeking a passionate Lead Field Marketing Manager – Strategic Accounts to join our North America field marketing organization. This person will need to have a deep understanding of metrics and data to inform the build and execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and events.
He/she will work hand in hand with the Strategic Accounts sales leaders and teams and is responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing plan to generate pipeline, build awareness and accelerate opportunities to close.
The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with all levels of sales and cross-functional teams such as partner and product marketing and solution engineers.
Responsibilities
Drive the development, promotion, communication and execution of Strategic Account marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, webinars, demand campaigns, nurture programs and social media.
Create new and expansion pipeline and accelerate opportunities through events aligned to sales campaigns, targeted personas and pipeline goals.
Plan and execute 1:few ABM programs for identified Strategic Accounts
Build and execute programs that drive executive relationships within Strategic Accounts
Primary liaison between marketing and sales to communicate and represent all marketing campaigns, programs and events and share feedback from sales
Accountable for the reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets.
Manage regional budgets, SFDC campaigns, and lead processes to meet operational targets and SLAs, vendor and contract management
Evaluate program impact and ROI to measure the success and determine future investments
What Will Help You Succeed
Minimum Requirements
Preferred Requirements 5-7+ years B2B experience in executing integrated field marketing programs across multiple marketing tactics and platforms
Experience developing marketing strategies for Strategic Account business; Account Based Marketing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, computer science, or relevant field of study preferred.
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Zip, Netsuite, Salesforce and Power BI a plus
Ability to travel 40%
The estimated base salary range for this role is $$110,000 - $135,000
