We’re looking for a multidisciplinary designer who can bring creative strategy to life across a wide range of formats: someone who can move fast, think strategically, and execute with precision.
This role supports both internal marketing initiatives and custom creative work for our clients. You’ll shape campaigns, client packaging, and build design systems that support Dymapak’s marketing program across web, social, events, and beyond.

What You'll Do
- Bring the Dymapak brand and marketing strategy to life through show-stopping creative across digital, web, and print
- Conceptualize and develop campaign assets including landing pages, emails, display ads, social content, sales collateral, and more
- Use AI design platforms (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to generate photorealistic photo and video content
- Use video editing and animation skills to enhance Dymapak’s content marketing and brand storytelling
- Create, adapt, and maintain visual systems across formats and channels
- Lead concept development and execution for custom client packaging projects, collaborating with our Sales and Operations teams
- Support website maintenance with light UX/UI design and content updates in collaboration with developers
- Stay ahead of design trends and identify new ways to drive visual impact across channels
- As needed, deliver clean mechanicals and production-ready files for both internal and client-facing packaging design
Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience at a creative agency, brand, or in-house design team
- Exceptional portfolio that reflects elevated design sensibility, digital fluency, and versatility
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Motion graphics, light animation, and video editing skills (Adobe Express, Premiere, Aftereffects)
- Experience with AI-generated imagery and visual prompt workflows (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini)
- Familiarity with drag-and-drop web builders or CMS platforms (WordPress is a plus)
- Ability to adapt brand systems across touchpoints, from digital assets to physical packaging
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- A collaborative mindset—you welcome feedback, stay flexible in your approach, and know when to defend a smart design decision
- Experience working on creative for highly regulated or technical industries is a plus

This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.
- Compensation: $55–$75 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Duration: 8-week contract, approximately 20 hours per week
- Potential for Growth: Exceptional performance during the contract may lead to an ongoing or full-time opportunity within our team
