Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Python) | Remote Romania

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React and Python to join a project focused on developing a monitoring and diagnostics platform. The solution supports local and remote data access, analytics and troubleshooting.

You will design, develop and maintain production grade applications, working across frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure in a collaborative engineering environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop and maintain full stack web applications using React and Python.

• Build responsive frontend solutions using React.js, Hooks, Context and state management.

• Develop backend functionality using Python.

• Deploy, scale and manage applications using AWS services.

• Design and optimize databases to ensure performance and reliability.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and improve development workflows.

• Review code, maintain existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers and product managers to deliver high quality solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, identify recurring problems and implement improvements.

Must have

• At least 4 years of full stack development experience, with proven experience delivering production grade applications.

• Strong hands on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context and state management.

• Solid Python development skills.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Hands on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS or DynamoDB, CloudWatch and CloudFormation.

• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.

• Knowledge of database design and optimization.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Knowledge of Node.js.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
