About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Graphic Designer with proven experience in the fragrance industry.

This is not a junior position — we’re looking for someone who can take creative ownership from concept to completion. You’ll be responsible for developing brand identities, designing perfume packaging and bottle artwork, and producing marketing visuals and videos that elevate DXB Perfume’s visual presence across digital and physical channels.

You’ll work closely with our product development, marketing, and retail teams to bring new fragrance launches to life — ensuring that every design and video reflects the luxury, innovation, and distinct personality of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand identities for DXB Perfume and its sub-brands.
• Design logos, packaging, bottle artwork, and visual assets for new perfume launches.
• Create dielines, print-ready files, and technical artwork for production.
• Develop short-form videos and motion graphics for brand campaigns, product storytelling, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the product development team on packaging concepts and final execution.
• Support marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams with campaign visuals, banners, and digital content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints — online, in-store, and in packaging.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury sector is essential.
• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Confident preparing final print-ready artwork, understanding dielines, materials, and print finishes.
• Experience in video editing and motion design for marketing and social media.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Passion for luxury design, storytelling, and the world of fragrance.
