Job Summary
The Junior UX Designer will support the design and development of intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves working closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs, create wireframes, assist in usability testing, and contribute to improving overall product usability and design quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mock-ups under the guidance of senior designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Conduct basic usability evaluations and support in analysing user feedback.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining design system components and UI documentation.
- Support in preparing presentation materials for design reviews and client demos.
- Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methods.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
