About The Role

We are currently seeking a strong Growth Marketing Manager to join DuploCloud. This individual will drive and execute growth marketing strategies to generate qualified demand and pipeline. Collaborate cross-functionally with field marketing, ABM, product marketing, content, and marketing operations to align initiatives with pipeline objectives. Manage marquee global event series, oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns, and optimize lead nurturing programs. Leverage first- and third-party data to drive pipeline growth, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Driving campaign initiatives aligned with the global and local strategies to generate qualified demand and pipeline
Collaborating with field marketing, account based marketing, product marketing, content, marketing operations, and other cross functional teams to ensure demand generation initiatives meet pipeline objectives. Collaborate with global digital marketing to ensure the promotion of localized content on our inbound channels.
Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of our marquee global event series. Each quarter we run 1-2 programs, examples include; Data For Breakfast, Data Cloud World Tour, Summit and more.
Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and paid advertising.
Optimizing lead nurturing programs to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline, by working closely with field marketing and marketing operations.’
Using both 1st party and 3rd party data (and providers) to drive repeatable pipeline growth
Continuously monitor and analyze demand generation performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and optimizations.
Providing regular reports and updates on growth marketing performance to the marketing and sales leadership team.

Qualifications

7+ years of marketing experience working in a hyper-growth, start-up environment
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
Collaborative: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Analytical: Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing technology and analytics tools.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau, Clay, Domo, event platforms, and other marketing technology.
Results-Oriented: A track record of delivering measurable results in demand generation and account based marketing.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to tell stories through data.

$150,000—$180,000 USD
