The Role

DUOS is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our health plan sales and partnership marketing efforts. Reporting to the AVP of Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating lead generation campaigns, producing sales enablement materials, managing CRM and marketing automation workflows, and supporting conference and event strategy. This role is squarely focused on pipeline growth and revenue impact, working in close alignment with Sales to engage payer executives, leaders, and procurement decision-makers at health plans across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across website, email, webinars, social media, and events
  • Support campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies with Executive and Sales teams
  • Build and schedule outbound email campaigns using HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar B2B automation tools
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics including Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, and conversion rates
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) efforts targeting high-priority health plan prospects
  • Maintain B2B marketing calendar and ensure consistent execution across pipeline-driving initiatives

Sales Enablement & Content Production

  • Produce and coordinate B2B sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, event collateral, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
  • Coordinate content development with Sales, Client Success, and subject matter experts to support deal cycles
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Maintain and organize health plan sales material library and digital asset management system
  • Support B2B website content updates using CMS (Webflow) to reflect current positioning and campaigns
  • Develop and refresh demo-ready materials including product overview decks and ROI frameworks

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage DUOS’s LinkedIn presence as the primary B2B social channel for brand and pipeline visibility
  • Create and schedule LinkedIn content amplifying company news, thought leadership, conference attendance, milestones, health plan client success stories, etc.
  • Support executive social media strategy for leadership team, coordinating content and amplifying key announcements
  • Track LinkedIn engagement metrics and optimize content strategy to reach payer and health plan decision-makers
  • Coordinate pre- and post-conference digital campaigns to drive awareness and meeting requests around key events
  • Support paid LinkedIn/social media, website SEO, and programmatic advertising campaigns targeting health plan decision-makers

Conference & Event Strategy

  • Own conference administrative strategy for key industry events (RISE, HLTH, AHIP, SSN) including registration, attendee lists, and logistics
  • Manage demo pipeline and meeting scheduling at conferences, coordinating with Sales on prospect follow-up
  • Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, speaker submissions, and thought leadership placements at B2B events
  • Plan and execute virtual events including sales webinars, product demos, and prospect briefings
  • Track event ROI including leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, and brand exposure
  • Manage production of conference materials including booth collateral, event decks, swag, and signage

CRM & Pipeline Operations

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and hygiene in Pipedrive or HubSpot, ensuring health plan contact data is current and segmented
  • Manage MQL/SQL lead routing, scoring, and segmentation to support Sales handoff and follow-up processes
  • Build and maintain targeted health plan prospect lists for outbound campaigns and conference outreach
  • Coordinate with Sales on post-event lead follow-up, ensuring timely outreach and CRM entry after conferences
  • Support marketing technology stack management and optimization

Cross-Functional Support

  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing partner for Sales, responding to requests for collateral, competitive intel, and campaign support
  • Coordinate with internal Product and Brand teams as well as agency partners on asset production and prioritization for B2B campaigns
  • Support AVP, Marketing with research, competitive analysis, and B2B strategic projects
  • Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and vendors supporting B2B marketing and health plan go-to-market
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, health tech, or healthcare services
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with B2B CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Marketo, or similar)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and B2B social media management tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working understanding of B2B demand generation, pipeline metrics, and Sales-Marketing alignment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or Medicare Advantage space
  • Familiarity with ABM tools, intent data platforms, or sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar)
  • Experience supporting B2B conference strategy at industry events such as RISE, HLTH, AHIP, SSN or similar
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage or health plan market landscape, including key payer stakeholders and buying cycles
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Project management certification or experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com)
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and demand generation

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the AVP, Marketing. This position works closely with the Sales team, Marketing, and cross-functional partners in Client Success, Product, and Operations to support health plan pipeline growth and partnership marketing.
