Position Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and educational experts to design intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences. Your work will directly influence how users interact with Dumroo.ai's tools, dashboards, and learning features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistent design language, style guides, and UI patterns across the platform.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design principles.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs.
• Stay up to date with design trends, EdTech innovation, and best practices in UX.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech or designing products for educators, students, or parents.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (for design hand-off).
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Understanding of AI-based user interaction principles.
