We're on the search for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us for the next phase of expansion. If you're an ambitious, hospitality-obsessed, proven digital marketing expert that is excited by the challenge of firmly planting digital marketing excellence at the centre of our growth marketing initiatives, this is the role for you!

The role:

This is a newly created role that will be pivotal in helping our global team of marketing experts to leverage digital marketing excellence to drive awareness of Duetto's value and convert digital initiatives into revenue generating opportunities that make a meaningful, and measurable difference to our goals.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will:

Own our marketing automation engine:

  • Acting as the Hubspot Admin, you will bring a wealth of HubSpot experience and deep expertise of how to optimize it for SaaS enterprises and ensuring it's setup to deliver success
  • Take the lead on the development of high-performing landing pages, optimized to deliver conversions and in support of the objectives of marketing initiatives led by our regional and global marketing teams
  • Create, measure and execute workflow and nurture journeys across diverse target audiences to drive interest and engagement
  • Establish and streamline processes to empower a globally distributed marketing team to get the most out of the platform, whilst still ensuring perfect execution
  • Deliver testing strategies that help you and our team to always deliver the most effective
  • Work hand-in-glove with our Salesforce Admin to ensure consistent and effective dataflows between these two systems

Manage and co-ordinate digital communications:

  • Segment, schedule and manage our email communications globally
  • Take charge of our email performance tracking and implement testing strategies
  • Measure, manage and optimize our email database to increase conversion
  • Establish rigor around our marketing opt-in processes to grow the contactable database and drive increased awareness of our communications

Lead the development and performance measurement of our website:

  • Review site analytics within GA4 and embed new measurement benchmarks and deliver an action plan to improve CRO
  • Take the lead on developing the website user-journey to improve the visitor experience and deliver high quality MQLs to our sales experts
  • Enhance performance and guide our strategy on the development of new language sites and website content localization
  • Ensure our connected tech stack is primed to deliver an enhanced user experience by persona, company and geography

Deliver and execute our SEO strategy:

  • Lead the implementation of technical SEO improvements across our site, using benchmarks and data to implement and track performance
  • Deliver user-journey and keyword analysis to make recommendations to content team to improve search performance

Innovate and develop our digital campaigns:

  • Be the digital-first voice of our marketing team, working closely with the team to bring continued digital innovation to our marketing activity
  • Continuously review opportunities to implement new technology and AI solutions across our digital footprint

Own our social channels

  • Work closely with the content team to ensure our social channels are delivering against our strategy and business goals
  • Measure performance and grow our following across established channels
  • Evaluate new channels and implement strategies to help ensure our message resonates

Experience:

  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing Management, hospitality SaaS experience will help you to stand out, as will your ability to show how you use AI tools to power performance
  • Deep knowledge of Hubspot and demonstrable experience of owning the development/administration of this platform
  • Demonstrable experience of website analysis, user-journey improvement implementation and CRO for a global organization
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce and a deep understanding of connecting Hubspot to SFDC (and vice versa) with demonstrable experience
