Where you'll create impact

• Own motion projects from design to delivery
• Produce marketing videos, motion graphics, and product animations end-to-end
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ideate and execute
• Define and evolve the DualEntry motion style

What Sets You Up For Success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 7+ years of motion design experience
• Comfortable wearing the hats of both designer and creative director
• Able to turn loose briefs into polished work
• Deep knowledge of After Effects, 3D experience is desirable
• Prior experience with Figma and Lottie/Rive, or willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $20,000 - $30,000 USD
• Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 USD
• Contract type: B2B
