Senior Java Software Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Python, Node.js, or Java preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (React, Vue, or Angular) for full-stack collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within a distributed team.
• Advanced level of spoken/written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing automation, ad tech, or customer segmentation platforms.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, attribution models, or personalization algorithms.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes for marketing or analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing) and CI/CD pipelines.Experience contributing to open-source WordPress projects.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines for WordPress development

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs for marketing automation.
• Implement scalable data pipelines and event-driven architectures for customer segmentation.
• Improve the reliability and performance of marketing systems, ensuring SLAs are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features.
