Head of Digital marketing (E-commerce - Remote)
At DTC Mode, we build and run high-performing marketing funnels for some of the most exciting direct-to-consumer brands in the world. We’re looking for an experienced Head of Digital marketing to own client relationships, manage day-to-day execution, and lead creative direction across email, paid media, and funnel strategy.
The Role
You’ll work directly with founders and in-house teams across multiple DTC brands, acting as the bridge between clients, creatives, and performance. Your job is to make sure every part of the funnel — from ads to emails — performs at the highest level. You’ll brief designers and editors, shape messaging angles, and oversee testing and optimisation across key channels.
You’ll manage accounts end-to-end: onboarding new clients, running strategy calls, coordinating creative delivery, and making sure every campaign ships on time and hits targets. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable writing ad copy, reviewing flows in Klaviyo, or jumping into Meta Ads Manager to understand what’s working.
