As we scale, we’re seeking a dynamic GTM Marketing Enablement Lead to drive the structuring and operationalisation of our “global offering strategic initiative” and ensure impactful, localised marketing in France.

This will be a challenging and rewarding position where you will be driving both global strategy and local impact, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of marketing at dss+ and play a pivotal role in our international expansion.

As the GTM Enablement Lead for the “global offering strategic initiative”, you will be at the heart of shaping and executing our global marketing approach, while also ensuring its effective deployment in France. This unique, dual-role position combines strategic leadership in defining a “One way of working around the Offering Backbone” with hands-on operational marketing—acting as both an accelerator for global initiatives and a “test & learn” model for local impact.

You will work closely with global and local stakeholders, championing best practices, driving adoption, and continuously improving our marketing performance.

Working inside a top consulting firm like dss+ means you’ll be expected to deliver marketing content and campaigns of the highest quality. Our topics are complex and a deep understanding is essential, and we set a high standard for thought leadership. Since our communications are designed to reach and influence CxO-level decision-makers, including those in operational marketing in France, your experience and expertise will be crucial in ensuring our messaging is insightful, credible, and impactful.

Role responsibilities will include:

  • “Global offering strategic initiative” enablement & GTM (60%) : structure, define and refine the approach to content and campaign management; content refinement & creation; GTM campaign integration; internal engagement; performance tracking
  • Operational Marketing – France (40%) : GTM Planning & Execution for the French market; : local campaign management from planning to ROI analysis; CxO events creation; stakeholder collaboration; Test & Learn using the French market to refine global initiatives and share best practices.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholders : key connector between global & local teams; “Global Offering” sponsor & champion; Practice lead to align consulting practice and service offerings; Growth Lead to drive local market growth and adoption; Growth team to support lead generation and pipeline development; operational marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Key Success Metrics : Campaign Results; adoption rates; ROI; Innovation.

Who are you today?

  • Experience: 15+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in consulting, professional services, or related industries. Proven ability to deliver high-quality, thought leadership content and campaigns that engage CxO-level decision makers.
  • Skills: Exceptional content creation, campaign management, and project leadership. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance measurement.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a pragmatic and results-driven approach.
  • Influence: Demonstrated capacity to convince, influence, and challenge top-level internal stakeholders, fostering constructive debate and driving alignment around strategic initiatives.
  • Communication: Fluent in French and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across global and local teams, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices
