Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced software developers who can represent our team during interviews and contribute to client projects for US-based companies. As a key part of our delivery team, you’ll be expected to communicate confidently in English, demonstrate strong technical capabilities, and adapt to working under the identity of a US-based professional with full consent and collaboration from our US partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical, behavioral, and introductory interviews with US-based clients
• Perform hands-on software development as needed for client projects
• Represent US-based profiles with professionalism and accuracy (with partner consent and support)
• Collaborate with our international team to ensure delivery success
• Maintain availability during US business hours for project and interview activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Solid experience in software development (any stack: frontend, backend, full stack, etc.)
• Confidence in technical interviews and client-facing conversations
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus
• Willingness to operate during US time zones while managing your own workload flexibly
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
