What you’ll do at DRUID
- Come up with good architectural designs, quality code, and break an ambitious long-term vision down into milestones and issues
- Apply techniques and methods for improving machine learning intent recognition, interpretability and explainability, sentiment detection, and several other interesting ML models
- Utilize code (Python or similar) for analyzing data and building statistical and machine learning models and algorithms
- Leverage machine learning methodologies in developing and testing new models, running computational experiments and perform hyperparameter tuning
- Formalize assumptions about how models are expected to behave, creating definitions of outliers and developing methods to systematically identify these outliers
- Develop ablation tests for the proving of machine learning models
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to understand the raw data being collected
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to create data visualizations for both external and internal customers
- Collaborate with ML engineers to help move models from laboratory to production
- Present results of various data analysis
What you’ll bring to DRUID
- Master preferred, advanced degree and/or industry experience in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in an analytical role involving data extraction, analysis and statistical modeling
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, problem solving, algorithm design, and complexity analysis
- Experience with Azure and cloud computing for Machine Learning
- Familiar with common machine learning, deep learning frameworks
- Proficiency using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Expertise on NLP/NLU/NLG field
- Ability and motivation to self-teach while entering new domains and managing through ambiguity
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical developers and non-technical marketing business partners
