The Opportunity

Ready to build software that your favorite team uses every day? We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help us help teams win.

You’ll be joining a highly technical founding team working on real problems faced by some of the most recognized teams in college sports. From parsing millions of stats across fragmented data sources to designing clean, performant interfaces that General Managers & coaches rely on daily—you’ll build software that directly impacts how teams win.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop new features across the stack—from frontend to infrastructure—serving high-visibility sports programs.
• Build scalable systems for ingesting, transforming, and visualizing sports and contract data.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on architecture, technical decisions, and long-term product direction.
• Ship fast and thoughtfully—balancing speed and quality in an environment that values autonomy.
• Participate in customer calls, on-sites, and events to understand how real teams use your work.

Our Stack

• Frontend: TypeScript, React (Next.js + Sass), deployed on Vercel
• Backend: PostgreSQL (Supabase), ClickHouse (Tinybird), and background job orchestration with Trigger.dev
• Infra: Monorepo (Turbo), Zero (sync engine)
• Tools: modern services like PostHog, Sentry, Clerk

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional full-stack experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern web frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and experience working with OLAP or real-time analytics systems.
• Proven ability to take features from idea → production → iteration.
• Excellent async communication skills and comfort working in a remote-first environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you’ve been a founder, worked at a small startup, or want to build your own someday.
• Passion for sports (we’re huge Nebraska fans—what’s your team?)
