Sr. Software Engineer

United States -100% Remote

Rate range $100 to $120 /hr on C2C All Inc

Key Responsibilities

Work on a variety of projects to improve LLM performance with code-based tasks
Lead and deliver full-stack agent use cases (e.g., coding copilots, automation assistants)
Collaborate on identifying edge cases and ambiguities in LLM behavior
Analyze and rank 3–4 model-generated code outputs per task using a structured rubric
Evaluate code diffs for correctness, style, efficiency, and maintainability
Provide detailed, written rationales for each evaluation decision

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of software engineering experience,
Strong full-stack development skills
Backend: Java, Go, Node.js, Python, C++
Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, JQuery
Experience with large-scale, production-grade software systems
Deep understanding of code quality, architecture, debugging, and reviews
Ability to write clear, concise technical evaluations and feedback
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
