About the Role:

We’re looking for a thoughtful and strategic Brand & Marketing Manager to help shape and grow our presence in the health and wellness space. In this role, you’ll lead brand development, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and bring our product stories to life in a way that connects with our customers and builds long-term trust.

If you’re passionate about wellness, skilled in both creative storytelling and performance marketing, and excited by the idea of working with a fast-growing supplement brand—this might be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of our brand strategy—ensuring consistent voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns that span digital, email, content, social, influencer, and product launches.
  • Translate complex product benefits into clear, engaging, and credible messaging that resonates with health-conscious consumers.
  • Collaborate closely with design, eCommerce, and operations teams to support go-to-market efforts.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with affiliate partners and wellness professionals to expand reach and community trust.
  • Analyze campaign and brand performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, retention) and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Own the brand image development process for packaging, web assets, Amazon, and so on; collaborating closely with our designers and the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing—ideally in health & wellness, supplements, or consumer products.
  • Proven ability to lead successful multi-channel marketing initiatives and build strong brand narratives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, email campaigns, and brand image development.
  • Comfortable working across creative and analytical workstreams—balancing storytelling with performance.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and creating products that make a positive impact.
