Position Overview:

We're seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes paid media. This is not an agency management role. The Performance Marketing Manager will be pivitol in expanding our D2C presence by executing our paid media strategy across Amazon, Pinterest, Google Search, and Meta. We’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day ad management and optimization of paid media campaigns. You’ll personally be responsible to execute, optimize, and scale profitable growth through full-funnel ad strategies, working closely with our Marketing and Planning teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Search, and Meta
  • Own performance reporting, budget pacing, and achievement of ROAS and CPA targets
  • A/B test creative, copy, and landing pages to maximize conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign briefs, seasonal pushes, and new seasonal drops
  • Monitor channel health and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and return
  • Manage direct relationships with platform reps and ad tools (Meta, Amazon Vendor Central, Google, Pinterest, TikTok) to stay ahead of new tools and best practices
  • Present weekly and monthly insights to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5+ years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Proven ability to drive e-commerce performance through data-backed strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads (Amazon Vendor Central experience a HUGE plus!)
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for building performance dashboards
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle ecommerce a plus
  • Highly creative with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This role is open to both local and remote candidates. Local team members will work from our St. Petersburg, FL headquarters, while remote team members may be asked to travel to HQ periodically for key meetings or team collaboration.
