We’re looking for an incredibly talented creative to help us bring our Brand and Marketing vision to life. Note: This is a remote role, but we meet in person roughly every two months for a week of deep creative collaboration (and excellent food). Your ability to participate in these in-person sessions is required.

The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Content & Marketing to help scale and operate a content engine that’s already underway. You won’t be starting from scratch—we’ve built a clear roadmap and vision. Our CEO (your direct manager) has over 1 million followers, including half a million subscribers on YouTube, and is deeply involved in content and brand direction.
We’re looking for someone who can take that foundation and run with it—refining execution, managing systems, and ensuring content is delivered on time, on message, and on brand.
You’ll oversee editorial workflows, manage newsletters, support GTM communications, and work closely with our YouTube producer and video editor to turn longform content into cross-platform assets (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who’s creative but operational, editorial but strategic—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get things done without needing to reinvent the wheel.
What You’ll Do
Run our editorial system: content planning, production, editing, publishing across web, blog, and more
Manage and execute email newsletters for prospects and customers
Repurpose longform content (video, interviews, articles) into shortform social content across LinkedIn, X, etc.
Own company and founder-facing social content—tone, cadence, consistency (especially LinkedIn)
Collaborate closely with our in-house editor and YouTube producer to distribute and contextualize video content
Leverage AI tools and light automation (Zapier, Notion, Descript, Webflow, etc.) to scale production and distribution
Align content execution with brand and product goals, collaborating with the CEO and other leads
Maintain a high standard of quality across voice, tone, clarity, and visual polish
Note: This is a pivotal role on a lean, fast-moving team. If you're looking for a strictly 9–5 role or need constant direction, this won’t be the right fit. We’re looking for someone with autonomy, initiative, and pride of ownership. Occasional weekend work may be required. Your impact will be immediate and meaningful!!
✅ Experience Required
• 6+ years in content, editorial, or marketing—especially in SaaS, startups, or media-led brands
• Experience owning or helping build content functions across blog, social, email, and video
• Able to run newsletters end-to-end (strategy, execution, formatting, content)
• Skilled at turning longform content into smart, platform-native posts
• Comfortable working quickly without compromising quality
• Proficient with tools like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, HubSpot, Descript, and AI-enhanced workflows
• Able to work closely with founders and execs, adapting to unique tone/voice
