We are hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist for our North America–based client. This role is ideal for professionals with BPO experience supporting international marketing or sales teams, who are ready to step into a strategic and hands-on marketing operations role.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth campaign execution, accurate data management, and actionable reporting for digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage targeted audience lists for B2B digital and email campaigns.
- Support the setup, QA, and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, search, display).
- Maintain and update marketing assets – including creatives, ad copy, keywords, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign dashboards and analytics tools to:
- Track KPIs and performance against benchmarks.
- Run and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for marketing and sales alignment.
- Coordinate marketing calendars, events, and campaign timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the North America marketing team during overlapping hours for campaign alignment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Who You Are
You’re an organized, detail-oriented marketing operations professional with BPO experience supporting Western clients — someone who enjoys the balance of analytics, technology, and teamwork.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign management within a BPO, marketing operations, or enterprise marketing support environment.
- Experience working with B2B marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Eloqua, or similar.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with North American teams and manage deliverables independently.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard reporting skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
