Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media strategies across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts and reels, managing content calendars, and optimizing profiles for maximum reach and engagement. The role involves coordinating with designers, photographers, and videographers, writing captions and copy, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on analytics to drive growth and lead generation. This position also requires active community management, including responding to comments and messages, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform strategies.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging captions, posts, and client-facing updates.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop content calendars, align posts with campaign goals, and maintain brand voice.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate with creative teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, and prior experience in social media management or digital marketing, are highly beneficial.
