Job Description:

As a Brand and Visual Designer at Dozti, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining visual systems across brands, digital platforms, presentations, marketing assets, and internal communication materials. This role is heavily focused on Adobe Photoshop and advanced visual composition work. You will be expected to create polished, high-quality visual assets through strong image manipulation, layout design, typography control, visual storytelling, and structured brand presentation.

You will work closely with leadership, copy strategists, frontend developers, and media teams to create visual identities and communication materials that are clean, structured, and aligned with long-term brand positioning. This role requires strong design fundamentals, visual discipline, and the ability to translate strategic direction into cohesive visual systems across multiple formats.

Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets for websites, presentations, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
• Perform advanced Adobe Photoshop work including image compositing, manipulation, retouching, visual enhancement, and layout composition.
• Develop and maintain structured brand identity systems across multiple ventures and brands.
• Create logos, typography systems, layout structures, and brand communication assets.
• Collaborate with copy strategists and leadership to align visual communication with brand positioning.
• Design presentation decks, proposal materials, and client-facing visual documents.
• Create clean and professional visual systems for digital and print use.
• Ensure consistency in color usage, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy across assets.
• Support frontend and media teams with visual assets and interface design requirements.
• Organize and maintain brand asset libraries and structured design documentation.
• Contribute to long-term refinement of visual communication standards and brand systems.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience in brand design, visual design, or graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level Photoshop work, visual composition, and structured branding systems.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate abstract strategic direction into cohesive visual systems.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across design assets.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a structured communication and branding environment.
• Understanding of modern digital design standards and responsive visual systems.
• Fluent, professional-level English spoken and written.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience designing for technology, consulting, or enterprise-oriented businesses.
• Familiarity with Figma or collaborative interface design tools.
• Experience creating presentation systems and pitch deck materials.
• Understanding of frontend implementation limitations and responsive layouts.
• Exposure to motion graphics or multimedia design workflows.
• Familiarity with structured brand guideline development.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or additional Adobe Creative Suite tools.
