Are you a results-driven demand generation expert with a passion for scaling SaaS startups? DoveHero, an innovative AI-powered CRM is seeking a talented and experienced Growth and Performance Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Manager) to join our growing team.

As our Growth and Performance Marketing Manager (Demand Generation Manager), you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our strategy to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. You'll leverage your full-stack digital marketing expertise to design, implement, and optimize campaigns across various channels, playing a critical role in DoveHero's success.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue targets, focusing on inbound lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and execution to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to develop high-performing assets (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that fuel lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, improve lead hand-off processes, and optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and continually optimize our demand generation efforts.
  • Manage and optimize our website conversion funnels, including landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation, B2B SaaS marketing, and AI technologies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing and demand generation roles within a B2B SaaS and STARTUP environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo).
  • Expertise in paid media management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) with a strong understanding of performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, product, and content teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
