We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to drive the execution of our performance marketing campaigns and streamline internal processes. This role is crucial for ensuring collaboration between departments and maximizing the impact of our advertising efforts. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and assist the CEO and various teams (account management, ad specialists, content creators, etc.) to optimize workflows and ensure seamless project execution.
- Translate strategic marketing goals into actionable project plans, including the creation of detailed ad briefs and creative asset briefs for paid advertising campaigns.
- Oversee the implementation of paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), ensuring accuracy, adherence to timelines, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of ad experiments using an Agile framework, working closely with account managers and ad experts.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and tasks.
- Transform informal communication (e.g., voice notes, messenger conversations) into structured project documentation and actionable tasks within our project management tools.
- Stay informed about current social media and advertising design trends to contribute to the development of engaging and effective ad creatives.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges to project success.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and project management methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
- 3+ years of proven experience with paid advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative, experimental environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and current advertising design trends.
- Ability to synthesize information from various sources and formats and translate it into clear, actionable plans.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- A genuine interest in the music industry and some experience in music or music-related fields is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
