Key Responsibilities :
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Identify growth opportunities through audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning.
- Own paid media budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
Google Ads Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads platforms.
- Define campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and extensions.
- Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
Meta Ads Management
- Lead Meta advertising campaigns focused on Lead Generation, Conversions, Traffic, and Remarketing.
- Build and optimize Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting Audiences.
- Improve campaign performance through creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes and advertising best practices.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and guide the PPC team to achieve campaign goals and business KPIs.
- Review campaign strategies and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven optimization strategies.
- Monitor attribution models and lead quality metrics to improve marketing ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO, Content, Design, Sales, and Business Development teams.
- Partner with CRM and Sales teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
- Ensure alignment between paid campaigns, landing pages, and business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in PPC and Performance Marketing.
- Minimum 3+years of team handling or leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, paid acquisition funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Experience with landing page optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead lifecycle management.
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, B2B, or high-ticket lead generation.
- Working knowledge of SEO and organic search strategy.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
