🎯 The Role

This is a closer-first role. You’ll spend most of your time in sales conversations with warm leads who’ve booked calls through our appointment-setting team. Your job is to run consultative, high-trust conversations, identify real pain, and help clients make the right decision. While this isn’t a prospecting-heavy role, we’re not looking for anyone with an entitled attitude. You’ll be expected to understand our outbound process, contribute where needed, and be fully capable of picking up the phone and grinding when it’s time. We respect people who hustle.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking calls with qualified prospects (calls booked for you)
• Running confident, consultative discovery calls
• Diagnosing client needs and aligning our solutions accordingly
• Proposing custom-fit website and marketing strategies
• Closing deals with clarity, urgency, and integrity
• Occasionally jumping into prospecting to stay sharp and help the team

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B closing experience (2+ years)
• Experience in selling digital marketing (websites, SEO, PPC) strongly preferred
• Near-native or native-level English
• Consultative sales style — confident, calm, and customer-focused
• Willingness to cold call and prospect when necessary
• Self-motivated, humble, and accountable
• Respect for appointment setters and team-first mentality
