We’re on the lookout for a creative, highly motivated, results-oriented Senior Brand Manager to help drive and define the Dose Daily brand. In this role, you’ll use your strategic understanding and creative vision to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Location: Remote (with quarterly travel to Miami HQ)
Reports to: Head of Brand Content
Salary: 110k-140k (depending on experience)
Brand Strategy:
Craft and evolve the brand’s identity, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and experiential channels.
Serve as a brand steward by maintaining alignment with our visual design system and messaging guidelines across all marketing materials.
Provide brand guidance and support to internal departments, acting as the primary point of contact for all brand-related needs.
Be a “keeper of the brand” by clarifying, articulating, and executing creative marketing programs that embody the brand’s unique qualities.
Own development of equity building brand moments, including reinforcement of our brand values + mission, ownable brand moments and partnerships that drive perception and brand growth
Campaign Development & Execution:
Drive strategic development, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns to meet branch reach and impact objectives.
Lead the go-to-market planning and execution for new products, brand collaborations, and major campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment across channels and stakeholders.
Lead seasonal campaigns and special projects to enhance brand awareness, generate demand, and drive consumer advocacy, ensuring a smooth cross-functional process.
Work with the creative team to establish campaign themes and assets that meet brand guidelines and tone.
Content & Channel Strategy:
Build and manage the monthly marketing calendar in collaboration with the Head of Brand Content.
Collaborate closely with designers to develop, brief, and refine creative assets across a range of channels, including website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, print materials, and more.
Provide clear, strategic feedback to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and channel-specific best practices.
Develop a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines related to our products, working closely with legal partners to stay current on messaging requirements and serving as the go-to resource for all brand regulatory matters.
Consumer Insights & Market Research:
Develop a deep understanding of existing and target customer segments, championing insights across the organization.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable brand and campaign strategies.
Leverage consumer insights to shape brand, product, and seasonal messaging to better resonate with target audiences and connect insights to brand and campaign development.

Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives that drive growth (preferably in the CPG space).
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research into actionable marketing strategies.
Expertise in brand building fundamentals, including messaging frameworks, visual identity, experiential marketing, and maintaining consistency across digital, print, and experiential channels.
Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and managing external partners (e.g., consultants, agencies) to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing initiatives on time and on budget.
Highly creative and solutions-oriented, with excellent communication skills and experience working closely with creative teams to develop compelling content and campaigns.
