We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our fully remote team at Dose of Culture - a passionate digital design studio known for our holistic approach to product design. If you’re an experienced designer with a drive to solve complex design challenges and lead impactful projects, we want to hear from you! What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• A solid product design portfolio that reflects your capabilities and a proven record of driving complete redesign campaigns for companies in various industries.
• Mastery in Figma to create and manage design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with clients directly to present work and gather feedback.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English skills for effective communication with international clients.
• A motivated leader who can manage multiple projects and take the initiative to elevate our design process.
• Prior experience working in fast-paced environments or with startups is a bonus.
• Proficiency in designing landing pages would be a major plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead design efforts on diverse digital products for innovative startups and established brands.
• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders, translating their vision into exceptional user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across projects.
• Conduct UX audits, user interviews, usability testing, and workshops to gather insights and inform your designs.
• Stay ahead of design trends and bring best practices into your work to elevate our design offerings.
