We are looking to expand our team by bringing in a Performance Marketing Expert to drive growth and increase sales for ecommerce stores through strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Role Description
As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon, and TikTok. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that campaigns deliver measurable results that align with their marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of performance marketing experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Expertise in digital marketing for North American markets, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition.
- Experience with campaign analytics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of the health & wellness and nutraceutical industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon, and TikTok.
- Drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness for our health & wellness and food supplement clients.
- Leverage AI tools and strategies to enhance campaign targeting, performance analysis, and optimization for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaign goals are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing for North American markets.
