Key Responsibilities
As the global head of brand and marketing for the CFD business, you will lead the Group’s marketing strategy and execution with a focus on emerging markets and Belt and Road countries, driving growth through high-efficiency, low-cost marketing models.
Marketing Strategy and Enablement
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy and annual plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Provide marketing programs and collateral to support clients, IBs/affiliates, and sales teams, prioritizing high productivity, cost-effectiveness, and low-cost growth levers over heavy ad spending.
Campaign Planning and Operations
- Plan and execute online client and partner initiatives such as livestreams, digital promotions, and community engagement.
- Design and run offline seminars, roadshows, and client/partner meetups to enhance client stickiness and brand impact.
Digital and User Experience Optimization
- Own the flow design and optimization of the website, app, and client management systems to ensure experiences align with local user habits.
- Drive data-driven marketing operations, leveraging behavioral analytics and market feedback to improve conversion and retention.
Content and Marketing Assets
- Oversee the creation and optimization of marketing content (copy, video, key visuals), ensuring cultural fit and compliance with local regulations across markets.
- Deliver high-quality, executable marketing assets and activity toolkits for sales teams and partners to improve conversion.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Communications, or Finance preferred.
Language
- Fluent English (IELTS ≥ 7.0 or equivalent); strong cross-border communication and localization capability. Chinese proficiency or deep China market experience is a plus.
Experience
- 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in financial derivatives/FX/fintech.
- Proven success with new media, social media, community operations, and user growth tactics.
- Strong familiarity with cultural nuances and user behaviors in emerging markets, particularly Belt and Road regions.

- Strong event planning and execution, adept at integrating online and offline resources.

- 数字化与用户体验优化
- 负责官网、App、客户管理系统的流程设计与优化,确保产品体验符合本地用户习惯。
- 推动市场数据化运营,通过用户行为数据和市场反馈进行分析和决策,提升转化率与留存率。
- 内容与物料
- 组织制作和优化市场宣传内容(文案、视频、KV等),确保符合不同国家的文化与监管要求。
- 为销售团队和代理商提供高质量、可落地的营销物料和活动支持,提升转化率。
任职要求 / Requirements
- 教育背景:本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒、金融相关专业优先。
- 语言能力:英语流利(雅思 ≥7),具备跨国沟通与内容本地化能力;会中文或有深度中国市场经验者优先。
- 工作经验:
- 10年以上市场营销经验,5年以上金融衍生品(CFD、外汇、金融科技等)行业经验。
- 熟悉自媒体、社交媒体、社区运营、用户增长等新兴营销模式,有成功案例。
- 熟悉发展中国家(尤其是一带一路沿线)的文化差异和用户行为习惯。
- 专业能力:
