Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Outreach – Connect with potential clients through company-generated leads (no cold calling!) and introduce them to our services
• Sales & Relationship Building – Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and guide them through the decision-making process
• CRM & Performance Tracking – Use our purpose-built sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales strategies
• Continuous Learning – Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured process
• Basic proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills (laptop and phone required)
• Sales, marketing, or business development experience is preferred but not required
